Sankt Göran och draken

On our walk in Gamla stan in Stockholm you will pass the statue Sankt Göran och draken.

The statue Sankt Göran och Draken, Sankt Goran and the Dragon, is situated at Köpmantorget at Österlånggatan in Gamla stan.

It is a copy in bronze of a similar statue in Storkyrkan which is in wood. It shows Stockholm being rescued from the Danes.
